Our mission is to make every single one of your visits pleasant, welcoming, and comfortable.
First Visit
At your first visit, you will be asked to complete a health and dental history questionnaire on the computer. Please bring along a list of any current medications or supplements and what they are used for. With your permission, we would like to request any recent dental x-rays or records from your previous dentist once you have arrived.
Once we review these records, we will perform a complete exam. This involves an external head and neck exam, full oral exam, cancer screening, periodontal exam and any necessary dental x-rays. We will then review our findings, discuss any recommendations and give you any an estimation of costs for treatment.
We do not necessarily clean your teeth at the first visit but if time permits, our dental hygienists may begin the procedure.
If treatment recommendations are anticipated to be more complex, we may have you back at a later time to discuss your treatment options.
