Office Policies

Financial Policy:

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Interact, Cash or Personal Cheques.  If you have any questions regarding the fees for any proposed dental services we can provide you with an estimate prior to treatment. Payment is due on the date of service.  Financial arrangements can be pre-arranged for orthodontic treatment or involved dental procedures.  Please  speak with Michelle, if you have any questions regarding your dental treatment plan or your account.
In most cases we are able to send dental claims electronically; if this is not possible we will provide you with a standard dental claim form after each appointment.  All professional services are billed directly to you and you are responsible for any payment of fees. Your insurance company will then reimburse you.  We are now accepting assignment of benefits for most insurance plans.  Please ask us if your plan is compatible for this convenient service.  We are glad to assist in helping you understand your dental benefits and getting the most from your plan.  In some cases your dental needs may exceed your dental coverage.  Please let us know if your insurance coverage information changes.

Our office follows the current Ontario Dental Association recommended fee guide.  In certain situations dental fee charges may exceed your dental coverage.

Cancellation Policy:

In today’s busy world everyone’s time is valuable. If you are unable to give us 48 hrs notice when rescheduling an appointment, another patient in need of treatment may be kept waiting unnecessarily. We reserve the right to charge your account for excessive appointments missed or cancelled without sufficient notice.
